About Counselling

What is Counselling / Psychotherapy?

Counselling and Psychotherapy provides a safe and confidential space for you to talk about and explore issues that you may not be able to talk about with family and friends. It is an opportunity for you to be heard in a non-judgemental and accepting environment.

The overall aim is to help you work towards living in a way that you experience as more satisfying and resourceful.

What are the benefits?

Counselling provides you with the opportunity to explore the emotional difficulties that you may be experiencing in your daily life in a safe, supportive and confidential setting. It can help you to appreciate and value yourself by gaining a greater awareness and understanding of yourself and your own particular set of circumstances.
